We collect only the information required to provide our services.
We collect this information directly from you, when you fill out a quote request or job application form on this site, when you write to us or when you call us. We do not buy personal information from anyone and we do not collect it from third parties.
We do not use your information for any other purpose without obtaining your consent.
By sending us your information through one of our forms, you consent to our using it for the purposes described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the privacy officer whose details appear above. Withdrawing your consent may, however, prevent us from acting on your request.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for any advertising purpose.
Your information may be shared only in the following cases:
Service providers that process information on our behalf are bound by confidentiality and may not use it for any other purpose.
This website and its backups are hosted by Amazon Web Services, in a data centre located in Virginia, in the United States. The information you send us through the forms on this site is therefore stored outside Quebec.
We took this factor into account when choosing our provider, and we require of it protective measures comparable to those applicable in Quebec. If you prefer not to send information through the site, you can reach us by telephone.
We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, then we destroy it.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information: encrypted transmission of the site (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it in the course of their duties, separate accounts and passwords, and regular backups. As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site uses no advertising, audience measurement or behavioural tracking tools. It sets only the cookies required for it to work, for example to remember the display language you have chosen. You can block them in your browser settings, which may affect certain features of the site.
To exercise one of these rights, write to the privacy officer whose details appear above. We respond within 30 days of receiving your request. Identification may be required in order to confirm your identity.
If you are dissatisfied with our response or with the way we handle your information, address your complaint to the officer named above. We will acknowledge receipt of it and inform you of the outcome of our review.
You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, at cai.gouv.qc.ca.
In the event of an incident involving personal information, we take reasonable measures to reduce its consequences and to prevent it from happening again. If the incident presents a risk of serious harm, we notify the people concerned as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information, and we record it in a register.
We may change this policy in order to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
